Voici l\u2019essentiel \u00e0 conna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"688\">Un plafond de retrait augment\u00e9 \u00e0 60 000 $<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"690\" data-end=\"1026\">Depuis les modifications r\u00e9centes, chaque particulier admissible peut maintenant retirer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 <strong data-start=\"787\" data-end=\"799\">60 000 $<\/strong> de son REER, comparativement \u00e0 35 000 $ auparavant. Comme la limite s\u2019applique <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"895\">par personne<\/strong>, deux acheteurs admissibles peuvent retirer chacun le montant maximal, pour un total de <strong data-start=\"984\" data-end=\"997\">120 000 $<\/strong> sans impact fiscal imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1184\">L\u2019intention d\u2019occuper l\u2019habitation comme <strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1093\">r\u00e9sidence principale<\/strong> dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivant l\u2019achat ou la construction demeure une condition cl\u00e9 d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1237\">Possibilit\u00e9 de participer au RAP plus d\u2019une fois<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1406\">Un particulier peut utiliser le RAP \u00e0 nouveau si le solde de son pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent RAP est <strong data-start=\"1322\" data-end=\"1347\">enti\u00e8rement rembours\u00e9<\/strong> au 1er janvier de l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 un nouveau retrait est pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1438\">Remboursement plus flexible<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1440\" data-end=\"1728\">Le remboursement s\u2019effectue sur <strong data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1482\">15 ans<\/strong>, en commen\u00e7ant la <strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1519\">deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e<\/strong> suivant le retrait.
